# Otomations

> Otomations (otomations.ai) is an AI automation agency that builds and runs follow-up, onboarding, and booking systems for three kinds of business only: marketing agencies, consultants, and coaches. Every system is built on the tools the client already runs (Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, Instagram, WhatsApp), with Claude for the parts that read, write, and decide. One person, Milos Vranes, maps, builds, and runs every system himself. The process is named Map, Build, Run. The first call is the Workflow Map call: free, 30 minutes, and the visitor leaves with a one-page map of where their leads, proposals, or bookings fall through and what would be built first. No pricing is published; every engagement gets a real number on the call. Every build comes with a performance guarantee, walked through on the call.

## The six systems

- Proposal + onboarding system (agencies, consultants): a signed proposal fires the contract, the invoice, the intake form, the welcome email, the kickoff booking, and a team brief. Live in 2 to 3 weeks.
- Speed-to-lead + follow-up system (agencies, consultants, coaches): a new lead hears back in seconds, in the client's voice, with the booking link; every lead, proposal, and invoice that goes quiet gets a nudge; replies route back with the thread attached. Speed to lead live in 7 days, the rest in 2 to 4 weeks.
- Reporting automation (agencies): ad platform data pulled on schedule, the narrative drafted by Claude, reviewed by the account manager, shipped under the agency's brand. Live in 2 weeks.
- Booked-appointment system (consultants): a hand-built list, a first message written with the consultant, replies read by Claude, two time slots offered, a pre-call brief before each call. Live in 2 to 3 weeks.
- Show-rate system (coaches): reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before a booked call, and a one-click rebook link if nobody joins. Live in 7 days.
- DM sales agent (coaches): Instagram, WhatsApp, and text messages answered in seconds, in the coach's voice, from the coach's own content; qualifies and books the call. Speed to lead live in 7 days.

- Across every client and partner: $2.5M+ generated since January 2026 (Milos Vranes's own tally, stated as a floor).
